Tai Pawb’s eLearning platform, Hwb, is a complement to our training and consultancy offering. All courses are designed by expert staff and associates with extensive experience in both the housing and EDI sectors. We work alongside housing and EDI partners to create range of eLearning packages that cover EDI topics linked to policy, practice and procedures in the housing sector, so your team will feel better equipped, more knowledgeable and empowered to create a more inclusive housing sector.

Becoming Anti-Racist: From Awareness to Action
The aim of this eLearning course is to empower housing professionals with knowledge, practical tools and actionable strategies to recognise, actively challenge and ultimately eradicate racial bias and discrimination with the housing sector in Wales. Ultimately, to create more equitable and inclusive housing environments for all individuals, irrespective of their racial or cultural backgrounds.

Expertise: Tai Pawb is the only organisation in Wales which has expertise in both housing and equality. This means when you receive training from us, everything is focused on the reality of housing in Wales. The majority of our staff have worked in the housing sector and all have a depth of knowledge in both areas. Tai Pawb has been providing our expertise to the housing sector since 2005, giving us a depth of internal knowledge about housing in Wales.
A holistic package: Training is not all that Tai Pawb does. We also offer consultancy services meaning training can fit in to a wider package of support from us. This means we can work with your staff to put the skills they have learnt in training into practice. We also offer a helpline service, meaning staff can ask their own follow-up questions where needed.
Flexible and tailored: All Tai Pawb training courses can be tailored to meet your needs. If there is a particular area you would like to focus more on, or you would like another subject included, then we are always happy to make changes where needed.

Our Training and Consultancy Services
Tai Pawb provides very popular in-house training services on equality, diversity and inclusion and related areas. We specialise in delivering equality training tailored for the housing sector. Since Covid-19 all our training and events have been adapted meaning we can deliver training either in person or virtually depending on the requirements.
Tai Pawb offers a consultancy and support service to assist organisations with the equality challenges and opportunities that they face. All consultancy projects and support are bespoke and tailored to the organisation we are assisting.
